Profiler Fungicide
Profiler Fungicide (Fluopicolide 4.44% + Fosetyl-Al 66.67% w/w WG) is a next-generation systemic fungicide developed by Bayer CropScience for the effective control of destructive oomycete diseases such as Downy Mildew and Late Blight.
With its unique dual mode of action, Profiler not only protects crops from new infections but also provides strong curative and anti-sporulant activity. It is widely trusted by grape, vegetable, and horticulture farmers for long-lasting protection and resistance management.

Technical Research-Based Action Mechanism
Fluopicolide (4.44%)
Belongs to the benzamide group. It disrupts spectrin-like proteins in the fungal cell membrane, causing structural collapse of pathogen cells. It provides strong anti-sporulant activity and long residual control.
Fosetyl-Al (66.67%)
A fully systemic fungicide that moves both upward (acropetal) and downward (basipetal) within the plant. It stimulates the plant’s natural defense mechanism (systemic acquired resistance) and prevents disease spread internally.
This dual chemistry makes Profiler highly effective against Oomycetes such as Plasmopara and Phytophthora species.
Profiler Fungicide Features and Benefits
Preventive and Curative Action
Stops infection before it starts and controls early-stage infections inside plant tissues.
True Systemic Movement
Moves throughout the plant, protecting new growth after application.
Strong Anti-Sporulant Effect
Reduces spore formation and limits secondary spread in the field.
Long Residual Protection
Provides extended disease control compared to contact fungicides.
Excellent Resistance Management Tool
Combination of two different modes of action lowers resistance development risk.
Rainfastness
Absorbed within approximately 2–3 hours of spraying.
