Refund and Return Policy

At AgroVedh, we strive to deliver genuine and high-quality agricultural products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is designed to be simple and farmer-friendly.

Returns Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:
  • Product is damaged, defective, or leaking at the time of delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request is raised within 3–5 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging or label
  • Perishable items or customized products
  • Returns requested after the allowed time period

Return Process

To request a return:

  • Contact our support team via phone or WhatsApp
  • Share order details and product images/videos
  • Our team will verify and approve the request
  • Pickup will be arranged or you may be asked to ship the product

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval
  • Refund will be issued within 5–7 working days

Amount will be credited to:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank account / store credit (for COD orders)

Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or wrong product, we offer free replacement
  • Replacement will be shipped after verification

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Important Notes

  • Always record unboxing video for proof in case of damage
  • Follow proper usage instructions mentioned on product label
  • AgroVedh is not responsible for damage caused due to incorrect usage
