Applaud Insecticide
Rallis Applaud Insecticide is a highly effective Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) insecticide containing Buprofezin 25% SC, designed to control a wide range of damaging sucking pests in major crops. It works by disrupting chitin formation in insects, preventing proper molting and development, ultimately stopping pest populations from multiplying in the field.
Unlike conventional insecticides that only kill adult insects, Applaud primarily targets eggs and nymph stages, breaking the life cycle and providing longer-lasting protection. Because of its selective mode of action, it is also compatible with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and safer for beneficial insects compared to many broad-spectrum chemicals.
Applaud is widely trusted by farmers growing cotton, rice, chilli, mango, grapes and vegetables, where pests such as whiteflies, plant hoppers, aphids, jassids, thrips and mealybugs frequently cause serious yield losses.
