Karate Insecticide
Karate Insecticide is a powerful contact and stomach insecticide containing Lambda-cyhalothrin 5% EC, a synthetic pyrethroid known for its rapid knockdown and long residual control. It acts on the nervous system of insects, causing paralysis and quick mortality. Widely trusted across cotton, vegetables, pulses, cereals, and fruit crops, Karate is highly effective against bollworms, fruit borers, stem borers, aphids, jassids, thrips, whiteflies, and other major field pests.
Lambda-cyhalothrin belongs to the pyrethroid group (IRAC Group 3A), which works by disrupting sodium channel function in insect nerve membranes, leading to hyperexcitation and death. Its strong contact action and quick knockdown make it an essential tool in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs.

Resistance Management Advisory
Lambda-cyhalothrin (IRAC Group 3A) should not be used repeatedly in consecutive sprays. Rotate with insecticides from different IRAC groups such as neonicotinoids, diamides, or insect growth regulators for sustainable pest management.
Safety and Handling
Wear protective clothing, gloves, and mask during spraying. Avoid inhalation and direct skin contact. Do not contaminate water bodies. Keep away from children and livestock.
